- 150-200 gm of shabu shabu pork belly
- 1 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 nob of ginger grated
- some minced garlic
- Mix all sauce ingredients together including garlic and ginger.
- Heat pan and add in pork belly no need to cook thoroughly.
- Pour in sauce and reduce heat, cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve on rice.
